From the very beginning, I chose a work-study program. Learning from clients, alongside demanding and passionate bosses, allowed me to understand very early on what it really meant to be an entrepreneur in our profession.

These business leaders gave me much more than just know-how: they gave me guidance, a vision, and the solid foundations on which I was able to build my own path.

I have experienced the pressure of numbers, tight schedules, excessive versatility that exhausts teams... and the difficulty of finding tools that are truly adapted to our sector.

 

Managing, training, piloting, adjusting: at each stage, I sought concrete, sustainable and realistic solutions to reconcile performance and well-being.
