Team Audit, Structuring and Performance Optimization.

Context :


I conducted a team audit with 10 beauticians at a high-end beauty salon in Neuilly, with a large boutique area and four treatment rooms. The main objective was to verify the proper organization of the store and salon.

We've significantly improved our turnaround time, freeing up time for each beautician. This freed-up time has allowed them to design and implement other projects.
